Calling all Clans in the Garden Route:
We had a preliminary meeting with some of the Clan leaders from George to discuss a Clan League, provincial colours, and the shape of future LANs and Clan Wars in the Garden Route area.
We are also offering a page on the LAN Gaming website to each Clan (no cost) to use as a profile / stats page / news etc. We are planing on having another meeting soon that will hopefully represent a lot more of the clans in the Garden Route, we will keep you posted via the website and the Facebook page.

Thanks to our Graphic Artist:
A big thank you to Bronwyn Flanigan who designed the Garden Route Mall LAN Party poster as well as the ads that were in the newspapers. View some of her work on deviantart.com and on Facebook.
The winners of the finals:
Everyone who took part in the LAN were winners, as far as the LAN Gaming staff are concerned, and almost everyone went home with a prize of some sorts but only a few could take home the main prizes (R2000 for winning clan, R2000 for winning DOTA team, a gaming hamper for the NFS category and the XBox for the winning individual in the COD 4 tournament)… and…
The Clan ‘Unforgiven’ (UNF) walked away with all the prizes… they were that good! (Pierre Durant from ‘UNF’ won the XBox)

The Mall Inter-Shop floating trophy went to Look & Listen through the good playing of Morne Mulder. The trophy was accepted on his behalf by Mikhail September. Jeandre Griebenouw came in second playing for ‘Garden Route Golf Traders’.
